What Is Somatic Trauma Healing?
Trauma isn't just what happened to you. It's what happened inside you - in your nervous system, your body, your sense of safety - as a result of what happened. And it doesn't resolve through thinking alone.
This path uses a bespoke blend of Somatic Experiencing® (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Mapping to help your nervous system complete the survival responses that got trapped during overwhelming events. The result: less reactivity, more regulation, and a body that finally feels like home.

How It Works
Somatic Experiencing®: We work gently with physical sensations to allow incomplete stress responses to naturally complete. No retelling, no reliving - just the body doing what it was designed to do.
Internal Family Systems: We identify and befriend the protective parts of you that have been carrying the weight of survival - the anxious part, the numb part, the overachieving part - and help them relax.
Polyvagal Mapping: We track where you are in your nervous system states (safe/social, fight/flight, or freeze/shutdown) and build the capacity to move between them flexibly.
Integrative Coaching: We also work with your environment, daily rhythms, and lifestyle to support nervous system regulation outside of sessions.
