By accessing this website or engaging services from Shannon Myers Integrative, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Nature of Services

Shannon Myers Integrative, LLC provides coaching, somatic education, energy work, and wellness support. These services are not licensed therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, crisis care, or medication management.

2. Scope of Practice

Services are designed for stabilized individuals who are actively maintaining their health and wellbeing. They are not appropriate for psychiatric emergencies, active crisis, or unmanaged severe mental health conditions.

3. Psychedelic Integration Disclaimer

Coaching for integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness is provided as non-clinical support only. Shannon Myers does not provide substances, facilitate their use, or serve as a sitter or guide.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing throughout this process. Outcomes depend on active participation and appropriate self-care.

5. Booking and Payments

Session bookings and payments are processed through a third-party scheduling platform. By booking, you agree to the cancellation and refund policies communicated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session rate. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of remaining package sessions.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the content of sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address a credible threat of harm.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of Shannon Myers Integrative, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided in good faith and "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shannon Myers Integrative, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
